Refund Policy

For Customers / Property Seekers

Customers do not make payments on our platform and hence refund policies are not applicable to them. Access to property contact information is free.

For Agents

All payments made for listing more than 5 properties or accessing customer contact details are final. We do not offer refunds under any condition.

For Builders

Payments made for premium listings or additional active slots are non-refundable. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

For Individual Property Owners

Property owners using free listings are not charged. Any upgrade to paid plans is subject to the same non-refundable policy as agents or builders.
